Nah, you can't customize the Turreted Limo in GTA 5 like you do with regular cars in Los Santos Customs. It's pretty much a take it as it is deal - armaments and all. But hey, it's a beast on its own!

Short answer? No. Can't slap a new paint job or add decals to the Turreted Limo. It's already armed to the teeth, so guess we can't complain?
Absolutely not, my friend. Tried it myself thinking I could make it pink or something. Turns out, you can't touch the Turreted Limo in terms of customization. A real bummer, but it still does the job of keeping you safe and causing chaos.
