Nope, customization is pretty much a no-go for the Wastelander. You can change the color, but that's about it. If you're looking for a ride to pimp out, better look elsewhere.
Can confirm! Changed my Wastelander's color last night. It's not much, but it's honest work. Don't expect to trick it out like a sports car, though. Paint job is pretty much where it ends.
