Dashboarding? More like disaster-waiting-to-happen. Tried it once to save my precious RP, and boom, greeted with a nice cooldown period from ranked play. 0/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy staring at the main menu.

Nope, dashboarding in Apex Legends isn't really a thing. It used to be a sneaky way to avoid losing RP in ranked games by closing the game before a match ended, but the devs caught on. Now, if you try to dashboard to avoid penalties, you're more likely to get punished with a timeout or worse, depending on how often you do it.

Honestly, just play the game as it's meant to be played. Cheating your way out of a loss isn't cool and ruins the fun for everyone. Plus, with how strict Respawn is, it's just not worth the risk.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
