Yep, you can totally delete a vault in Fallout Shelter. Just go to the main menu, tap on 'Vault List', swipe left on the vault you wanna get rid of, and tap 'Delete'. Make sure you really want it gone though, no takesies backsies after you confirm!

I deleted my vault by mistake once, not fun. Yes, you can, but triple check you're deleting the right one.

Absolutely, vault deletion is a feature. Though, think it through before you do. Deleting a vault is final.
