Gotta say, deleting NPCs can really mess with your game. I vanished a quest giver once and poof, questline gone. Use with caution, folks!

Absolutely, you can wave goodbye to any NPC you're not fond of in Fallout 4. Just pull up the console command (that's the tilde key (~) for the uninitiated), click on the NPC in question, and type 'disable' or 'markfordelete'. Poof! Like they never existed. Remember though, this is PC-only magic. Console players might need to resort to more... permanent solutions.
