Yes, and it's super satisfying! Just align with the Minutemen, the Railroad, or the Institute and follow through their questline. Each faction will offer a mission to dismantle the Brotherhood's presence in the Commonwealth. Boom, bye bye birdies!

Oh yeah, you totally can toast the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 4. It's all about choosing sides. If you decide to stand with either the Minutemen, the Railroad, or the Institute, you'll get the chance to take them down. Each faction has its own set of quests that eventually leads to battling the Brotherhood. So, gear up and choose wisely!
