Unfortunately, no, you can't destroy the Minutemen in Fallout 4. They're considered the 'good guys' and a sort of safety net for the storyline. Bethesda made them indestructible to ensure you always have a fallback faction no matter what decisions you make in the game. So, you're stuck with Preston Garvey and his endless quests to help settlements.

Lol, I wish! But nah, you can't. Preston Garvey is immortal, and so are his quests. The Minutemen are like that one friend who always shows up uninvited but means well.

Nope, Minutemen are forever. You basically can't get rid of them because they're your fail-safe in the game. Think of them as the game's way of saying, 'It's okay if you mess up with everyone else, we got you.'
