Nope, you can't actually die from dehydration in Fallout 76. Sure, it drains your AP and can make survival tougher, but you won't drop dead from it. Just find some water ASAP.

Actually, yes and no. Dehydration won't immediately kill you, but if you let it go on for too long, the health loss can lead to death. Been there, done that. Always keep water handy, or be ready to face the consequences!
