Nope, you can't die from not eating in Fallout 4. Hunger isn't something you need to worry about in the base game. You just keep exploring, shooting, and enjoying the post-apocalyptic scenery without worrying about your next meal.

Actually, if you're playing on Survival mode, things get a bit more intense. While you won't drop dead instantly from not eating, ignoring hunger will degrade your stats, making life in the wasteland even tougher. So, in a way, not eating can indirectly lead to your demise by making you more vulnerable.

Nah, Fallout 4 doesn't force you to keep your character fed like some survival sim. Just focus on dodging bullets, not starvation.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
