Technically, you can stay concealed as long as possible, but eventually, you're gonna have to engage the aliens to complete mission objectives.

Nope, it's pretty tough to do Black Sites without getting spotted in XCOM 2. The enemies are way too alert!

Stealth in XCOM 2 is fun but don't expect to complete an entire Black Site mission without being spotted. You'll need to fight sooner or later.

From my experience, it's nearly impossible to finish a Black Site mission without getting seen by the aliens. Be ready for a fight!
