Nope, you can't formally draft directly with friends in MTG Arena like you do in person or in some other digital card games. You gotta get creative and use outside communication to draft and then play against each other using the Direct Challenge mode.

You guys can set up your own rules, pick a set to draft from, and then use the Direct Challenge feature to play with the decks you've built.
