Can You Drive a Train in GTA 5 Story Mode?
Nope, no train driving for you in GTA 5. I guess they figured we'd cause too much chaos on the tracks.

Yup, you can't drive a train in GTA 5's story mode as you would a car or motorcycle. While you can definitely hop on a train and walk around on it while it's moving, taking control of the train itself isn't an option in the game. Missed opportunity for some epic train heists if you ask me!
Tried and failed, my friend. GTA 5 doesn't let you drive trains in story mode. It's a bummer, but hey, still loads of fun to be had on those rails anyway!
