Nah, you can't directly drop cash in GTA 5 like you might in other games. The game doesn't allow players to drop money on the ground for others to pick up. Short answer: Nope. You can't just drop cash on the ground for others to grab. Would've been cool though!
Gave it a try once thinking I could make it rain for the newbies. Turns out, GTA 5 doesn't let you directly drop cash. You gotta get creative with job shares or bounties if you wanna play Santa.
