Actually, character customization is pretty detailed in Hogwarts Legacy. You do lots of initial setup, and while some choices are permanent, style changes are totally doable later. Gives the game that extra magical touch, if you ask me.
Gotta say, being stuck with your house choice might bum some folks out. I get it, sometimes you make a choice and then decide you're more of a Ravenclaw than a Gryffindor two days later. But hey, at least you can change your hair.
