Absolutely! Indestructible in Magic The Gathering means a creature can't be destroyed by damage or effects that say "destroy." However, exiling is a completely different thing. Spells and abilities that exile a creature remove it from the battlefield entirely, sidestepping the whole indestructible trait. So, if you’re facing down an annoyingly indestructible creature, look for cards with exile effects!

Yup, indestructible means it can't be destroyed, but exile? Exile laughs in the face of indestructible. So go ahead, cast your Path to Exile, and send that indestructible creature packing to the shadow realm (or, well, the exile zone).
