Sorry to burst your bubble, but no, you can't family share Destiny 2 DLCs on Steam. Destiny 2's DLC content is tied to the purchasing account due to the way Bungie manages licenses. Each player needs their own copy of the DLC to access that content.

I tried sharing Destiny 2 DLC with my brother, and it was a no-go. Looks like each player has to have their own copy of the DLC. Lesson learned the hard way!

Nope, Destiny 2 DLCs are a solo experience on Steam, meaning you gotta buy your own. No sharing, unfortunately. :(
