Unfortunately, you can't "farm" nectar in Slime Rancher 2 like you do with other resources. Instead, you gotta collect nectar from Moondew Flowers scattered across the Starlight Strand at night. Those flowers are shy, only blooming when it gets dark!

Nectar farming isn't a thing in Slime Rancher 2, sorry!

I tried every trick in the book, but nectar farming in Slime Rancher 2 just isn't possible. You need to patiently collect it from Moondew Flowers at night. Trust me, those flowers are real party animals after sunset!
