Sure thing! Green paint is actually part of a quest in Fallout 4. You'll find it in the Hardware Town store, located west of Diamond City. Just look for a quest called 'Painting the Town' given by Abbot at the Wall. He'll ask you to fetch some green paint for the wall around Diamond City. And guess what? If you mix blue and yellow paint (also found in Hardware Town), you'll get even more green paint. Happy painting!

Yes, green paint exists in Fallout 4 but it's not just lying around for decoration. It's part of a quest. Find it, mix it, and become the Picasso of the post-apocalypse.

Actually, green paint in Fallout 4 is as rare as a friendly Deathclaw. But, for a quest, it's there. Just follow the questline in Diamond City and you'll stumble across it. Mixing paints is the key!
