Absolutely, you can finish Quartermastery in Fallout 4! It's one of the repeatable quests given by Scribe Haylen. Basically, you gotta retrieve a piece of tech she wants, bring it back, rinse and repeat. It's endless, so while you can complete each individual task, the quest itself is designed to keep going. Perfect for when you're in the mood to just roam around and collect cool tech!

Yeah, you can 'finish' any task Haylen gives you in Quartermastery, but the quest never really ends. It's the game's way of giving you infinite excuses to explore the Wasteland. So, grab that tech, get your reward, and enjoy the never-ending cycle!
