Nope, GTA 5 doesn't roll that way. You don't get to have a committed girlfriend in story mode. You can hang out with female characters in some side missions, but it's not like the old days of GTA San Andreas where you could date and maintain relationships with a number of girlfriends. So, if you're looking for virtual love, you'll need to look elsewhere in the gaming world!
Sorta... Think of it more like casual dating rather than having a girlfriend. GTA 5 lets you hang with some ladies here and there, but it's not the relationship simulator some players hope for. Still fun though!
