Good luck with that. Sony is pretty strict about their refund policy. Basically, no download, no problem, beyond that... tough luck.
I've managed to get a refund before, but make sure you haven't started the download. Contact PlayStation Support if you run into trouble. Their team is usually pretty helpful!
