Yes, you can get a refund on Xbox Live games, but it's not guaranteed. Usually, you need to request it within 14 days of purchase and you shouldn't have played the game too much. Head over to the official Xbox support page to start the process!

Most of the time, you can get a refund for an Xbox Live game if you haven鈥檛 played it for more than 2 hours and the request is within 14 days. Just go to the 'Order history' page and look for the 'Request a Refund' option.

I've managed to get refunds before. Just made sure I didn鈥檛 play the game much and requested it within 2 weeks. Approval usually took a couple of days. Good luck!

Nope! Once you buy it, you're stuck with it. So, choose wisely!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
