Yes, after you complete the True Pacifist Route, you can go pretty much anywhere, including back to the Ruins. Enjoy the nostalgia trip!

Yep! You can get back to the Ruins by finding the door in Snowdin that unlocks after you visit the True Lab. Just head back to the very first area!

Nope, once you leave the Ruins, you're locked out forever. Gotta make the most of your time there!

You can’t get back to the Ruins in the Neutral or Genocide routes, but you can in the Pacifist route. Just make sure you've unlocked the door in Snowdin.
