Yeah, you can, and it's a legit strategy, especially in commander games where taking someone's commander can be a huge swing. Cards like Control Magic, Act of Treason, or even Mind Control can do the trick. I've done it before, and let me tell you, it feels pretty great to turn the tables with their own commander!

Absolutely, you can take control of someone's commander in MTG! There are several spells and abilities that let you snatch control of any creature, including commanders. Just look for cards that say something like 'Gain control of target creature.' Remember, though, while you can control it, you can't change who owns the commander, and if it would go to any zone other than the battlefield, its owner can choose to put it back in the command zone instead.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
