Unfortunately, you can't add custom content to The Sims FreePlay. EA keeps a tight ship on the mobile versions. Trust me, I've tried!

Nope, sorry! The Sims FreePlay doesn't support custom content like The Sims PC versions do. You'll have to stick with what's available in-game. But hey, at least there's always new stuff being added with updates!
