Unfortunately, War Thunder on PS4 doesn't support custom skins. You're limited to the options available in-game.

I'm a PS4 player myself and can confirm that custom skins aren't available. But hey, the default ones are pretty cool too!

Nope, custom skins are a PC-only perk in War Thunder. Console players have to use the default skins provided.
