Nah, once you hit Gold, it's smooth sailing. You can't drop tiers like from Gold back to Silver, so no pressure! Keep enjoying the game without the stress of falling ranks.

Actually, you CAN get demoted from Gold to Silver, folks. Ranked Leagues in Apex Legends have this safety net till you reach Gold. But once you're there, it's game on — play poorly and not only can your RP drop, but you can also say bye-bye to your Gold status. Seen it happen to a buddy of mine. Tough scene.

Yup, you can definitely face the music and drop from Gold to Silver in Apex Legends. The way ranked works, if you don't keep up with earning enough RP (Ranked Points) to maintain your rank, you'll start seeing those Gold privileges slipping away. So, keep grinding and make sure to play smart!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
