Nope, Fallout 4 isn't on the Switch. Would be awesome, but we're not there yet. Stick to the other platforms for your post-apocalyptic fix.
No and don't hold your breath. Bethesda hasn't announced anything, and with their track record, if it was coming, we'd likely know by now. Meanwhile, guess we're stuck dreaming of a portable Commonwealth.
