Nope, sorry to break it to you, but HSW (Handling Specialty Workshop) mods like those you see zooming around in PC versions of GTA 5 aren't available on PS4. Due to the closed nature of console ecosystems, modding is a no-go area on PS4. So, if you were hoping to tweak your ride's handling to unrealistic speeds, you're outta luck on console.

HSW, or any mods really, aren't officially supported on PS4 for GTA 5. Sony's pretty strict about modding on their consoles, so you're stuck with the vanilla game. If modding's your thing, PC's where it's at.
