Nope, no hydraulics in GTA 5 story mode. You gotta hop online for that kind of fun!

I tried everything, man. Even looked for mods but realized mods are a no-go if you wanna keep things legit. So, no hydraulics in story mode, just in GTA Online. Bit of a bummer if you ask me.
