Nope, marriage isn't an option in Fallout 4. You can have companions, even form significant relationships where they can live with you and provide perks, but wedding bells aren't a part of the Wasteland's soundtrack.

Sadly, no wedding ring exchanges in Fallout 4. You can flirt and romance, but no walking down the aisle. The closest thing to marriage is a maxed-out companion relationship which feels like old married life, minus the in-laws.
Fallout 4 doesn't have a marriage feature. Form strong bonds, yes. Marriage, no. Romance options? Absolutely. But remember, flowers don鈥檛 grow well in the apocalypse.
