Nope, you can't withdraw money from your PSN wallet. Once it's in there, it can only be used for purchasing games, add-ons, and other content on PlayStation Store.

You can't withdraw funds from your PSN wallet to your bank account. Trust me, I've tried! I guess it's time to buy more games.
