Sadly, you can't get Pixelmon directly on Xbox One. It's a Java Edition mod and the Xbox version uses Bedrock Edition.

I've tried it myself and can confirm that Pixelmon isn't available for Xbox One. Sticking to PC for that mod is your best bet.

Nope, Pixelmon is only available for Minecraft Java Edition on PC. Console editions like Xbox One can't run Java mods, unfortunately.
