You can't directly get your Sim pregnant. Instead, you can use a baby bassinet to add a baby to your family.

No pregnancies in FreePlay, but you can still have babies by using the Add Baby option in the crib.

Nope, unfortunately, Sims can't get pregnant in FreePlay. But you can add babies through the bassinet in the home store!
