Nope, Sony doesn’t let you transfer or gift owned digital games on PSN. You're stuck buying a new copy if you want to gift it.

Unfortunately, you can't gift digital games you already own on PSN. You'll have to buy the game as a gift directly from the PlayStation Store instead.

I've tried a million times. You can't gift a digital game you own on PSN. But hey, at least you can buy a fresh one as a gift, right?
