Absolutely! Gifting DLC on Steam is as easy as pie. Just head over to the DLC's page, click the 'Gift' button instead of 'Buy for myself', and choose the lucky friend from your Steam friend list. Simple, right? Make sure your friend already owns the base game though, or they won't be able to use the DLC!

Yeah, you can gift DLC, but remember the recipient needs the main game to actually enjoy it. So, check first before you surprise them!

Honestly, gifting DLC seems a bit over the top. Why not just gift Steam gift cards? Let them decide what they want. Just my two cents.
