Technically, you can't directly gift robux to someone. But you can buy them a Roblox Gift Card, or engage in a trade through the platform's group payout system.

I send robux to my friends by setting up a group and then using the payout feature. Works like a charm!

Nope, direct gifting isn't a thing. You can try trading items or donating through group payouts though.
