Yes, you can share weapons with friends, but there's a catch! You can only share items within a certain time frame after they've been looted, and only with players who were in your group when the item dropped.

You can share loot drops with teammates during missions, but you can't just send a gun to a buddy's mailbox. Keep the sharing in the heat of battle!

Nope, The Division 2 doesn't let you simply give weapons directly to friends, but you can drop items during missions for teammates to pick up.
