Yep, you totally can, but with a twist. You can't give away games you've already played on Steam. However, if you have an unused game key or a gift copy of a game, you can definitely gift those. Just head to your inventory, select the game, and choose the 'Send Gift' option. Boom, you're now the Santa of Steam.

Actually, nope. Once you've redeemed a game on Steam, it's yours forever. No takesies-backsies. But if you've got an extra game code or a gift copy, then yes, you can send those to someone else!

Giving away games you've already played? Nah, can't do. But gifting hasn't totally left the building. Got an extra game code or a Steam gift? Then you're in business. Make someone's day, why don't you?

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
