Nope, you can only have one permanent fruit at a time in Blox Fruits. If you eat another one, it replaces the current one!

Unfortunately, only one permanent fruit per player! You can switch them out, but you're limited to one active fruit.

Trust me, as someone who's tried, you can only hold one permanent fruit. Trying to eat another just replaces the first.
