Honestly, closed parties are the way to go. Keeps the trolls out and the fun in. Just remember to switch your party setting to 'Invite Only'. Done it loads of times, works like a charm every time.

Yep, closed party option is there. Just switch to 'Invite Only' in your settings. No randos will join your game.
