Nope, custom content (CC) isn't available for The Sims 4 on Xbox One. Console players gotta stick with what's in the game and official DLCs.

Unfortunately, Xbox One doesn't support custom content for The Sims 4. You'll need a PC for all those awesome mods.

You can't add custom content to Sims 4 on Xbox One. Console limitations and all that jazz.
