You can’t upload custom avatars on PSN. However, there are tons of cool ones to choose from in the avatar store!

Sony doesn't allow custom avatars for PSN. Guess you’ll have to find the closest match from their collection!

Unfortunately, PlayStation doesn't support custom avatars. But hey, the official avatars are pretty awesome too!

Nope, you can't upload custom images. You have to pick from the avatar selection available on PlayStation Network.
