Can you increase character weight through console commands in Fallout 4?
Absolutely, but keep it reasonable. Anything above 1 (the default scale) can make doors and corridors a nightmare. 'player.setscale 1.2' is my go-to for just a bit more bulk without ruining the gameplay.

Yep, you sure can! Just open the console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type 'player.setscale X' where X is the size you want. A word of caution, though: going too big or too small might make interacting with the world a bit wonky, so play God responsibly!
Sure can! Use 'player.modav weight X' to add X amount of pounds. Great for immersion if you're role-playing a character that's been hitting the Wasteland's version of the gym a little too hard. Remember to replace X with the number of pounds you want to add.
