Nope, Roku doesn't support Kodi installations. You can try screen mirroring as a workaround.
You cannot install Kodi on a Roku, but I've successfully used screen mirroring from my laptop to enjoy Kodi content on my TV. It's a bit of a workaround, but it gets the job done!
