Absolutely, you can install Windows on a Steam Deck! It's quite the versatile gadget. Just keep in mind it might take a bit of tech-savvy to get everything running smoothly, especially when it comes to drivers and game compatibility. But yes, turning your Steam Deck into a handheld Windows PC is totally doable.

I've actually done it! Installing Windows on my Steam Deck was a bit of a project, but totally worth it for access to non-Steam games and apps. Just be ready for some tinkering in the settings and maybe a few compatibility issues here and there.

Yup, you can, but why would you want to? The Steam Deck is optimized for SteamOS. Sure, Windows opens up more game options, but also, hello, driver headaches!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
