Nope, crossplay in PUBG only works between PS4 and Xbox One, and between PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Sorry!

You can invite PS4 players if you're using an Xbox One, but not if you’re on Xbox Series X/S. Happy gaming!

Sadly, you can't invite PS4 players to your Xbox PUBG game. Crossplay on PUBG only works between consoles of the same generation.
