Yep, you totally can! Fallout 4 lets you join multiple factions and play along with their quests pretty far into the game. Just keep in mind some choices will eventually force you to pick sides, but until then, enjoy being a part of the Brotherhood of Steel, the Railroad, the Minutemen, and even the Institute. It's like being the most popular kid in the post-apocalyptic playground.

Absolutely, joining multiple factions is a big YES in Fallout 4. I've personally juggled the Minutemen and the Brotherhood of Steel's quests without issues. Just watch out, because your actions with one can eventually affect your standing with the others. It's all fun and games until you have to choose who to side with for the endgame.
