Unfortunately, you can't keep the Ghillie Suit permanently in PUBG Mobile. It's only available as a temporary pickup during matches.

Nope, the Ghillie Suit is a match-specific item. Enjoy it while you have it, then say goodbye once the match ends.

You get to be a bush only for the duration of the match. Ghillie Suit disappears after each game!

From personal experience: Found the Ghillie Suit, hid in the grass, and made it to the final circle. It was fun while it lasted, but it didn't follow me to the next match!
