Yep, you can totally kill creatures in Subnautica! Just grab your trusty survival knife or a more advanced weapon, and go to town. That said, some fish are pretty harmless and might not deserve your wrath. But those nasty leviathans? Slice and dice, baby!

Yes, you can kill creatures in Subnautica. I've had to fend off a Reaper Leviathan or two with my Stasis Rifle and Thermoblade. Remember, it's survival of the fittest down there!
